The once off setup fee is for the setup and configuration of your domain on the webserver.
This includes the setup of your website space as well as your email addresses.
Once the initial setup is complete you can choose whether to access and manage your domain space yourself via the web based control panel which we can provide or you can make use of our support services at the rates prevailing at the time.
